How to fight the dad bod

 
 

I Went to the gym 2-3 days a week...

But I'd also eat at least half a pizza every Friday night. I'd wake up in the middle of the night, stressed about work or money and I'd eat a coffee cup full of ice cream and then another. And if I started watching Netflix, I'd definitely have another. 

I'm 5' 11", flat footed, 6" if I'm having a good hair day and have some nice shoes on and for the last 10 years, my weight has floated around the 200lbs mark. 

We live in the best city in the world for fast casual dining. The best burgers, burritos, pizza, then just weird stuff and I'm a lover of it all and I ate it frequently. Oh, did I mention, donuts? Portland loves donuts and so do I. 

My point is, I thought if I just worked out enough, my food intake didn't matter.  

I was wrong.
